Campground Policies for Fun & Relaxation at Logos Land Resort
1.Guests are expected to obey the rules and regulations of Logos Land Resort and refusal to comply will result in eviction from the park. 2.With the exception of overnight camping, or seasonal campers, in accordance with these rules and regulations, no person, other than Logos Land Resort personnel or authorized personnel, shall enter or remain in the park between the daily closing time and the daily opening time. 3.All guests must check out by 11 am, or re-register by 10 am. 4.Site pricing based on 5 people per site. Additional fee applies if there are more than 5 people staying on your site. 5.Visitors must park in visitor’s parking lot and leave the campsite by 11pm. All visitors are required to stop at the Admissions building and pay the Park Entrance (General Admission) fee. 6.On tent sites, a maximum of 2 sleeping tents, 1 dining tent & 1 motorized vehicle are permitted per tent campsite. 7.On RV sites, a maximum of 1 R.V., 1 dining OR sleeping tent and 1 motorized vehicle are permitted per R.V. site. 8.Quiet hours are 11pm until 7am. Have kids under 18 on site by 10pm. 9.Children are your responsibility. Children must be supervised at all times. 10.Campers, ONLY, are entitled to a discount at the Roaring Rivers Water Park. Campers are also permitted to a discount at the Oaks Of Cobden. Golf Course after 2pm. Simply show your camping card (that hangs from your rear view mirror) to get your discount.
1.Setting up and using a public address system or operating any noise-producing machine, vehicle, device or instrument that is disturbing to other park visitors. 2.Riotous, boisterous, threatening, or indecent conduct or abusive, threatening, profane or indecent language. 3.POSSESSION, CONSUMPTION, OR THE USE OF INTOXICATING BEVERAGES OR NON-PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. SMOKING INDOORS AT ANY LOGOS LAND BUILDING. 4.No person shall construct or erect any building, or structure, run or string any utility services without the permission of the park manager. 5.No person shall distribute any handbills, or circulars, or post, place, or erect any bills, notices, paper, or advertising device or matter of any kind without the written consent of the park manager. 6.No person shall dress or undress so as to indecently expose his/her person in a road, automobile, or any other space or enclosure where from the same may be seen from any road, open space, enclosure, automobile or building. 7.No person shall discharge liquid waste from any R.V. unit while in the park except into receptacles designed for that purpose. 8.No person shall sell or offer for sale any merchandise, article, or service whatsoever while on the grounds of Logos Land Resort. 9.No person shall use comfort stations except in a clean and sanitary manner. 10.No person shall commit any obscene or indecent act. 11.No person shall solicit funds of others on the grounds of Logos Land Resort. If you are approached by persons expressing material needs, refer them to the Logos Land Resort Office.
Campfires and Fires
1.Fires in the park shall be confined to park camp stoves or fire pits provided for such purposes or to portable stoves in established campsites. 2.No fire shall be left unattended. Campfires are to be extinguished before leaving or retiring the site. 3.No campfires shall be permitted beside, on or around R.V. or campsites, except in provided fire pits, without written permission of park manager. 4.In seasons of unusual dryness or excessive fire danger, fires and smoking may be forbidden anywhere within the park by the park manager.
Seasonal RV Sites
1.No permanent structures may be built. General manager must approve decks, and sheds. Awnings must be factory finished. No add-ons are permitted 2.No construction or repairs are to be done on a Sunday. 3.No exterior refrigerators or freezers are allowed. 4.Factory finished RV’s only. Modified buses, panel trucks are not permitted. 5.In order to reduce possibilities of the West Nile virus, please ensure that bodies/containers of still water are covered.
Motor Vehicles, Traffic and Parking
1.Motor vehicles shall be operated only on roads and in parking areas constructed for motor vehicles use. 2.Automobiles, trailers or other vehicles shall be parked only in designated areas. One RV and one motorized vehicle per R.V. site. No vehicles, motor homes, RV’s, tent trailers or campers are allowed on any un-serviced site, including Grassy Point or Buttermilk Creek. 3.No person shall cause or permit a vehicle to obstruct traffic. 4.All Speed limit and directional signs must be obeyed. 5.Dirt bikes, ATV’s, mopeds etc. are not allowed. 6.Motorcycles are permitted, but use is restricted to travel to and from campsites only. 7.Logos Land Resort does not assume responsibility for personal property and vehicles on the premises.
Pets and animals
1.Animals at large are prohibited within the park. Persons who possess a dog or such pet must restrain it on an adequate leash no longer than 6 feet. 2.The owner is responsible for the animal’s behaviour and containment at all times while in the park. 3.The owner is responsible for disposing of all pet waste in the central refuse container at the entrance to the park. 4.Pets are not permitted within the recreational areas of the park. 5.Pets are not permitted in the lake. 6.No animals other than seeing eye dogs shall be allowed in any buildings. 7.The authority of the park management includes the authority to require the person keeping the animal to undertake any measures deemed by the park management to be necessary to prevent interference by the animal with the safety, comfort and well being of the park guests.
Vandalism, Littering, Refuse and Rubbish
1.To destroy, cut, break, remove, mutilate, injure, take or gather in any manner any tree, shrub, flower or rock is prohibited. Look, do not touch. 2.No person shall mutilate, deface, damage, disfigure, or remove any table, bench, building, sign marker, monument, fence, barrier, fountain, faucet or other structure or facility of any kind in the park area. 3.Place garbage and recyclables in the central refuse container at entrance. 4.A $10 charge will be levied against any occupants who leave garbage or litter on their site once they have vacated the lot.
1.No person shall deposit any garbage, refuse, waste, foodstuffs, boxes, tin cans, paper, other litter, or obnoxious materials in the water, along the roads, or on the picnic and camping areas, except in containers designated for such purposes. 2.No person shall wash any clothing, dishes or other materials or clean any fish in the lake. 3.Only electric powered motors are permitted on Astrolabe Lake. Gas powered boats are not permitted. 4.No pets or glass are allowed on the beach 5.All boaters must wear appropriate lifejackets. 6.Boats must be docked in the areas designated by the park management 7.Logos Land Resort is not responsible for boats, boating equipment or fishing equipment left at the beach area.
Fire arms, Explosives, and weapons
1.No person shall carry, possess or discharge firearms of any description, or air guns, paint guns, bows and arrows, sling shots, or other weapons capable of injuring any person or wildlife. 2. No person shall bring into or have in the park any explosive substance such as fireworks, dynamite, firecrackers, or rockets.
Every Sunday morning at 10:30 there will be a service at our
“Outdoor Chapel” during July and August. We have
great speakers who will deliver an inspiring message.
