We urge you to check out other timeshare resorts, where you will find that they will charge you in the neighbourhood of $20,000 to in excess of $40,000 for a week of timeshare. Logos Land's timeshare weeks range in price from $4,300 to $7,800. Another advantage is the yearly maintenance fee. Some timeshare resorts will charge in excess of $700 per year. Logos Land's maintenance fee for 2012 is $435 + tax. Logos Land's committment to you, is that you will not be pressured into making a purchase. We do not believe in high pressure sales tactics. We will discuss with you how timeshare works and let you decide if it is right for you. You are not going to be required to attend a formal presentation. For those of you who are not familiar with how timeshare works, here are the basics:

1) You purchase the right to use a week of timeshare during a specific week of the year. At Logos Land, a timeshare purchase gives you the right to use your week for the next 25 years.

2) You pay a yearly maintenance fee. Similar to condominium fees, the maintenance fees cover the costs associated with keeping the unit is great shape, groundskeeping, snow removal, etc.

3) If you desire to vacation somewhere else, you purchase a membership with Interval International. With your Interval membership, you can give Interval (called a deposit) your Logos Land week and take a week at a Interval resort anywhere in the world. You are not restricted to a specific week. Once you deposit your Logos Land week with Interval, you are able to travel anytime during the year depending on what's available. Please have a look at Interval's website at intervalworld.com to see all of the great places that you can travel to.

To trade your timeshare week via Interval International, you will need to have a membership with them.
